ect elders”, or even absurd - “Cut hair short”, “Say no to sex”, but they uncompromisingly reflect the most vital problems in the country: the HIV and kidnapping. HIV is still an issue in Uganda, despite the official statements of decrease, and child kidnapping has become horrid reality for the local people.
